Responsibilities
Provide management team with critical insights and data needed for operational, financial and strategic decisions
Evaluate Company performance and identify cost-reduction, efficiency and technology improvements
Collaborate with department heads to evaluate spending, set financial targets, and ensure budget alignment
Identify trends, patterns, deficiencies, discrepancies and opportunities
Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and as needed reports for leadership
Monitor the execution of plans and provide regular commentary on performance against targets
Conduct cost-benefit analysis and ROI (return on investment) analysis to provide key information to optimize operations and resource allocation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Systems
Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and presentation software skills experience a plus
Valid CA driver's license and clean DMV record; ability to travel as needed
Honesty, integrity, flexibility, and availability required
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Adept at finding, collecting, interpreting and analyzing raw data
Confidentiality in handling confidential, proprietary, financial and strategic information
Ability to see revenue opportunities, expense reduction, future trends, effective modernization, etc
Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with others in a positive and professional manner
