Responsibilities

Own project schedules, milestones, budgets, labor forecasting, and cost control
Manage change orders, procurement, materials delivery, and billing
Track project KPIs and ensure financial performance
Perform electrical take-offs and scope reviews
Review drawings, specs, and final bids
Finalize project summary sheets
Maintain and grow key client relationships
Generate $1–2M in new business annually
Support repeat and negotiated work
Visit job sites and lead project meetings
Coordinate subcontractors and collaborate with superintendents
Build trust with field teams and inspectors
Mentor junior PMs and support office staff
Own project outcomes, risk mitigation, and profitability
Influence cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments

Required

3–7+ years of electrical Project Management experience
2+ years managing electrical projects $5M+ (data center experience strongly preferred)
Strong estimating, labor forecasting, and financial controls experience
Electrical / LV / energy systems knowledge
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
High-energy, adaptable, and comfortable under pressure

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field
PMP a plus
