Responsibilities
Manage and monitor enterprise SSO/VIP Authentication Hub to ensure secure and seamless authentication for users and applications
Provide Level 3 support, including advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex authentication and SSO issues
Design and implement SSO integrations for new applications and services, ensuring compliance with security standards
Perform system upgrades, patching, and configuration changes to maintain platform stability and security
Collaborate with security architects and engineering teams to enhance authentication mechanisms and enforce identity governance policies
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks, SOPs, and architecture diagrams for operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
5–7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions
Strong expertise in managing and integrating enterprise SSO platforms, with advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Hands-on experience with authentication protocols, system upgrades, and creating technical documentation (runbooks, SOPs, architecture diagrams)
