St. Olaf College is seeking a Project Manager - Photography & Media to oversee the workflow of photo requests from submission to delivery. The role involves managing timelines, ensuring quality standards, and facilitating communication with campus partners.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for incoming photo requests from campus partners

Monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met

Review and organize final images for delivery to campus partners

Ensure proper storage and organization of all media files

Provide feedback and support to photography team to maintain high-quality standards

Assist with coordinating freelance photographers when necessary
