Responsibilities
Perform detailed visual inspections of medical devices, products, and packaging to ensure they meet quality and regulatory standards
Identify defects, damages, or irregularities in materials or finished goods
Report and document any findings or discrepancies to the Quality Control team
Ensure that all products are in compliance with safety and quality specifications before being released for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient operations
Collaborate with the production team to communicate any quality concerns or potential improvements
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines while performing inspections
Qualification
Required
Strong eyesight and ability to spot even minor discrepancies
Excellent attention to detail and focus on precision
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills to report issues clearly
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Prior experience in visual inspection or quality control
Familiarity with basic quality control procedures
A background in life sciences or healthcare
