Responsibilities
Learn how to assemble contract packages, gather required specifications, and understand what makes contracts effective for utility operations
Support data analysis, benchmarking, pricing comparisons used to justify decision making and improve audit readiness
Assist with documentation management, folder standardization, completeness checks, workflow improvements, and other procurement tasks as needed, including potential work that supports the other Procurement subgroups
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited institution in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Economics or Public Administration
Graduating between December 2026 and May 2029
Completed sophomore level course work for consideration
Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
Preferred
3.0 GPA
Interest in procurement, contract preparation, pricing, or strategic sourcing
Completed Junior level course work
Attention to detail, organize documentation accurately, Excel/Word & Data Analysis experience
Ability to multi-task, support time sensitive work, clear written & verbal communication skills
