Assistant Shop Leader

New Grad, Entry LevelInclusion Coffee is focused on creating a community-oriented coffee experience, and they are seeking an Assistant Shop Leader to support operations and team development. The role involves overseeing logistics, maintaining inventory, and fostering a positive work environment while assisting the Shop Leader in achieving shop goals.

Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate the transportation of goods to and from the shop as needed
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials, tools, and equipment to meet Team needs
Conduct multiple weekly inventory checks to ensure that all items are accounted for and well-maintained
Work with the Shop Leader to track stock levels, reorder supplies, and ensure proper storage
Ensure Team Members have the necessary resources, tools, and support to excel in their roles
Foster a positive work environment by caring for the individual needs of Team Members
Assist in developing Team Members’ professional skills and personal growth, encouraging improvement in both professionalism and character
Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient shop environment to support effective work processes
Identify and implement strategies to optimize the shop layout, workflow, and equipment use
Assist in systematizing shop operations, including the introduction of new processes or tools to improve productivity
Assist the Shop Leader in completing tasks and projects as assigned, ensuring alignment with shop goals and objectives
Provide feedback and suggestions to the Shop Leader regarding Team performance, shop operations, and improvements
Meet bi-weekly with the Shop Leader to discuss performance of Shop, Assistant Shop Leader’s personal growth, and Team health
Qualification
Required

Proven ability to garner people's respect, and push them toward a common goal
Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and use time effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on supporting Team Members
