Responsibilities
Manage laptop imaging and deployment, ensuring standardized configurations and timely provisioning of end-user devices
Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, systems, and core IT services
Ensure network security by implementing and monitoring security controls, policies, and best practices
Manage and support VPN services, ensuring secure and reliable remote access for users
Lead and coordinate troubleshooting efforts for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Oversee incident management, including incident logging, prioritization, escalation, root cause analysis, and resolution
Ensure minimal downtime by proactively identifying risks and implementing preventive measures
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues
Maintain documentation, procedures, and knowledge base for IT services
Monitor service performance and ensure compliance with SLAs and organizational standards
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration
Experience with laptop imaging tools and end-user device management
Solid understanding of network security principles and access controls
Hands-on experience with VPN configuration and support
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience managing IT incidents and service requests using ITSM tools
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
ITIL or relevant IT service management certifications
Experience with service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar
