Hands-on DMVPN expertise + routing/firewall change experience
Has led large-scale, enterprise, multi-site migrations / Experience coordinating multi-site cutovers (dozens of clinics)
Strong client communication and documentation / Client-facing responsibility
Data center + Colo transition
Proven Cisco to Arista crossover skills
Healthcare environment (change control, downtime sensitivity)
Comfortable leading migration windows and troubleshooting live issues
Can act as technical lead with architecture & security teams
Strong client communication and documentation

Preferred to have certifications: CCNP, or Arista ACE would be ideal. Certs won't replace real migration experience—but they do help
