Required

A history of high impact research and publication in relevant areas, typically demonstrated by a PhD and/or strong publication record in a relevant field

A disciplinary background in Computer Science, Economics, Computational Social Science, Data Science, Political Science, or similar involving technical/quantitative skills and consideration of impacts on people or society

Proficiency in programming languages like R or Python (with experience in relevant libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or other scripting languages

Solid understanding of statistical concepts, and ability to perform basic data analysis and visualization

Experience with or demonstrated interest in AI evaluation

Good communication and collaboration skills: an ability to effectively communicate and work with researchers from a wide variety of backgrounds in research publications, policy briefs, and/or presentations targeted at both technical and non-technical audiences

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
