Responsibilities
Design and develop high-level Salesforce applications to meet complex business requirements
Perform system-level analysis, design, development, and unit testing of software applications based on user requirements
Resolve defects identified during various testing cycles to ensure smooth software deployment
Lead technical aspects of Salesforce projects, including modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts
Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and quality, security, and compliance requirements
Act as an expert technical resource and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Leverage Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components) to create scalable and efficient solutions
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL
Proficiency in Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), OAuth, and integration patterns
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including governor limits and security best practices
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to work in iterative development cycles
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills

Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I (for LWC-heavy roles)
