Responsibilities

Contribute to the achievement of departmental goals through special projects

Engage with senior executives and gain insights into the energy industry

Join business resource groups and expand your professional network

Participate in impactful community service projects

Perform nuclear fuel management analysis

Develop performance indicators for nuclear risk assessment

Create parameter displays for the plant process computer system

Automate the development of Control Rod Movement Sheets

Assist with plant modifications and engineering work requests

Conduct calculations, analysis, and specifications supporting plant upgrades

Update plant electrical system analysis to incorporate change mechanisms and optimize system capabilities

Generate user interface pages for monitoring equipment performance

Participate in a "Missing Megawatts and Thermal Performance" project, including steam system walkdowns and the use of thermal monitoring software

Collaborate on a pilot project to develop radiation-resistant instruments for wireless applications

Investigate thermal losses, estimate megawatt impacts, and develop solution strategies
