Ability to calculate transaction pricing, sales tax and payments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pays attention to detail and solid follow up skills

Ability to communicate with vendors regarding transactions for additional information, invoices, install dates, etc
Will provide excellent customer service to all brokers, discounters, lessees, lenders and vendors

Preferred

Knowledge of Lease Plus
Knowledge of leasing and/or mortgage industries preferred
Knowledge of legal and accounting terms for all finance type structures
One year experience in a leasing/commercial lending document preparation role
HP12C and/or 10-key skills necessary
