Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, networking events, and targeted marketing campaigns
Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to identify clients’ insurance requirements and present suitable life insurance products
Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to ensure mutual satisfaction while adhering to company guidelines and regulatory standards
Manage sales administration tasks such as maintaining detailed client records, processing applications, and following up on leads
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and attract new customers
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and supporting clients throughout the application process
Assist in benefits administration for clients, ensuring they understand their coverage options and policy benefits
Prospect, build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to help them achieve financial peace of mind
Identify client needs and deliver personalized life, disability and long-term care insurance solutions
Develop and manage a growing client base through networking, referrals, and strong relationship building
Provide personalized insurance and financial guidance tailored to each client’s goals and stage of life
Network and engage in community-based business development
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development programs
Receive top-tier training to expand into comprehensive financial planning, investment strategies and wealth management
Ability to travel to meet with prospects and clients as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on building client relationships
Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining positive rapport with clients
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse communities
Knowledge of sales administration processes and analysis skills for tracking performance metrics and identifying growth opportunities
Familiarity with insurance sales practices, customer service principles, and benefits administration procedures
Ability to develop marketing strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones
Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to client privacy and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Self-motivated individuals who are disciplined, goal oriented and financially driven
Excellent communicators who naturally build trust and relationships

Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required)
