Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality client proposals, presentations, and project deliverables
Assess client organizations, processes, and systems to identify improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions
Manage project delivery end-to-end, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and quality standards
Facilitate workshops and effectively gather business and technical requirements
Build trusted client relationships and act as a day-to-day advisor
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development
Support business development, account growth, and firm initiatives
Stay current on banking trends, digital innovation, and emerging technologies
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in management consulting within banking or financial services
Strong understanding of banking products and operations (retail, wealth, corporate, or investment banking)
Experience delivering consulting engagements and working directly with clients
Analytical, structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Exposure to transformation or technology programs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Willingness to travel and work regularly from the Manhattan office
