Call Center Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and challenges
Research, review, and process corporate legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
Respond to internal and external client inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner
Manage client portfolios, prioritize tasks, and meet time-sensitive deadlines
Maintain accurate records through data entry, electronic filing, and document retrieval
Navigate multiple systems and databases efficiently
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance service quality and team performance
Contribute to client retention and growth by delivering proactive, solutions-oriented service
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in customer service or administrative support
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a passion for service
Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and occasional schedule needs based on business demand
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus
