Responsibilities
Provides campus wide support for virtually all client facing information technology systems, including workstations, peripherals, and applications
Coordinates projects
Assists in the use and support of personal computer installations
Implements projects as directed
Analyzes, diagnoses and resolves personal computer hardware, operating system, or general application software installation problems
Coordinates internal and external staff and equipment to insure timely and accurate installations
Identifies needs and assesses the scope of projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management/Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in Desktop/Systems support
Associate's degree in Computer Science, Management/Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in Desktop/Systems support
High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in Desktop/Systems support
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices
