Customer Experience Manager
The Home Depot is a leading home improvement retailer, and they are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to oversee store standards and enhance customer service. The role involves coaching associates, managing customer service escalations, and ensuring operational processes are followed to maintain a safe and efficient store environment.
Responsibilities
Drive customer service and associate engagement; coach associates on proper customer service techniques and ensure team is providing the highest level of customer service
Provide in the moment coaching based on observations and behavior
Ensure associates follow all safety and hazmat procedures and Safety Matters guidelines at all times
Lead store kickoff meeting and walk each department to ensure store readiness
Qualification
Required
Must be eighteen years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED
1 year of work experience
