Responsibilities

Support Phoenix and Puerto Rico Electronic Operations to address customer delivery assurance/operations inquiries

Compile and analyze key process indicators that focus on organization objectives in the areas of sales, overdue, and inventory

Participate in the development of standardized processes within operations in order to optimize the utilization of resources and meet customer expectations for delivery

Interface with Electronic Operations and Customer Value Streams to develop delivery commitments and track/communicate status daily

Interface with Supply Chain on material shortage identification, impact assessment and mitigation plans

Required

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline

Displays experience or knowledge in SAP MRP systems

Microsoft Office Suite experience: advanced Excel skills preferred
