Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair solar panels, inverters, batteries, generators, and related components

Perform preventive maintenance — panel cleaning, wiring inspections, inverter and battery health checks

Commission systems and upgrades; ensure compliance with NEC, AHJ, and utility standards

Use diagnostic tools (multimeters, clamp meters, thermal imaging) to assess system performance

Maintain accurate service logs, inspection reports, and photo documentation

Follow strict safety standards including PPE use, lockout/tagout, and fall protection

Respond to emergency and warranty calls as needed

Communicate clearly with homeowners, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction
