Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI / GenAI solutions using Python as the primary programming language
Build and architect solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs) based on use-case needs
Develop RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases and embedding models
Implement agentic AI systems with multi-agent orchestration using frameworks like LangChain or similar
Perform prompt engineering, prompt templating, and response evaluation to minimize hallucinations and ensure grounded outputs
Integrate AI models with APIs, databases, document processing (PDFs, unstructured data) using Python
Apply model adaptation techniques including fine-tuning, prompt tuning, and LoRA
Manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle: data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, inference, monitoring, and optimization
Implement LLMOps / MLOps practices for versioning, monitoring, logging, and production deployment
Ensure security, compliance, token management, guardrails, and agent loop-prevention in enterprise AI systems
