Responsibilities
Lead a comprehensive assessment of the Citrix environment by engaging with end-users (clinicians and staff) to identify hardware and software requirements (e.g., barcode scanners, RFID/Tap-and-go)
Oversee the creation and testing of a new for computers (Dell/HP) tailored for a healthcare environment
Coordinate all UAT phases, gathering feedback from clinical stakeholders and iterating on technical designs
Assist in managing Azure User ID migrations and Microsoft product integrations
Lead implementation efforts for ServiceNow ITAM (Software/Hardware Asset Management) modules as needed
Support other projects as needed
Qualification
Required
7+ years of IT Project Management, specifically within a Healthcare/Hospital setting
Deep understanding of Citrix virtualization and Azure IDs
Functional understanding of Epic EHR and how it interacts with virtualized environments
Strong change management skills and the ability to translate technical jargon for clinical end-users
Preferred
Experience with ServiceNow ITAM (SAM/HAM) and Azure migrations
