Responsibilities
Evaluate and modernize the current reporting landscape, identifying automation and scalability opportunities
Document current-state processes, identify gaps, and define a clear future-state reporting vision
Define solution architecture across systems, data flows, and reporting platforms
Deliver ad hoc executive reporting and data analysis, while automating recurring reports
Manage end-to-end delivery of reporting initiatives and prioritize backlogs to align with business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional partners including engineering teams, reporting SMEs, business stakeholders, and executive leadership
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of combined Business Analyst and Project Manager experience
Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, and backlog management
Experience delivering complex reporting and data initiatives within a PMO environment
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and executive audiences
Data analysis experience using Excel and SQL
Familiarity with BI and data platforms such as Power BI, Snowflake, or similar tools
Experience working in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence
Preferred
Background in financial services or capital markets
