Responsibilities

Build a production-ready RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) platform

Develop RAG-as-a-Service APIs that can be reused by multiple applications

Create AI agents to automate enterprise workflows

Implement scalable, secure, monitored GenAI services

Engage in hands-on engineering work — from data ingestion to APIs to production monitoring

Core Engineering

Building and maintaining data pipelines

Working with large datasets in production environments

Hands-on experience building RAG systems, not just using tools

Strong understanding of: Document ingestion & chunking

Strong understanding of: Embedding generation

Strong understanding of: Vector databases

Strong understanding of: Retrieval logic

Strong understanding of: Prompt construction using retrieved context

Ability to clearly explain RAG architecture end-to-end
