Responsibilities

Lead design, solutioning, configuration, and implementation of Workday Core HCM and Compensation
Drive and facilitate client workshops and decision-making sessions
Build and maintain Workday tenant configuration
Create and update:
Design & decision documents
RAID logs
User stories and defect resolution
Configuration & Business Process Workbooks
Gap analysis documentation
Act as a functional lead across Core HCM and Compensation modules

Qualification

Workday HCM Core CertificationWorkday implementation experienceWorkday Core HCMWorkday Compensation CertificationFunctional lead experience

Required

Workday HCM Core Certification (Mandatory)
5–9+ years of Workday implementation experience
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM
Experience leading client-facing Workday initiatives

Preferred

Workday Compensation Certification
Prior experience as a functional lead on large-scale implementations
