Operations Associate - Supply Chain Management - Accounts Payable

The Operations Associate plays a key role in supporting Supply Chain Management by facilitating interactions with suppliers and internal stakeholders, resolving issues related to product pricing and invoice discrepancies.
Responsibilities
Facilitating critical interactions with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Resolving issues related to product pricing, returns, order expediting, and invoice/receipt discrepancies
Supporting all core SCM functions and handling a high volume of inbound communications
Serving as a point of contact to triage SCM-related inquiries and issues
Participating in various work groups and contributing to projects as assigned
Processing a high volume of invoices, credit memos, and supplier statements
Researching and resolving transactional discrepancies
Investigating aging items on supplier statements
Proactively collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues efficiently
Completing additional job-related duties as assigned by leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
OR
Associate's degree AND 2 years of experience
OR
High School Diploma/GED AND 4 years of experience
Customer Service Orientation: Ability to provide helpful, courteous support and build positive relationships with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders
Clear Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and work effectively with others
Attention to Detail: Demonstrated accuracy and care in handling information, following procedures, and completing tasks
