Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and optimize business systems including user management, security configuration, system updates, and data integrity oversight

Serve as a subject matter expert for Deltek products (i.e., Vantagepoint, Vision, Ajera) and other business systems

Maintain current custom software development of Deltek products and develop additional code as required

Collaborate with various service areas to document business requirements and understand objectives related to Deltek Vantagepoint and integrated systems

Offer recommendations and implement best practices for system configurations and business process improvements

Assist end-users in resolving problems promptly

Install Deltek upgrades, patches, and releases in Sandbox and Production on-premise environments

Conduct system process testing and quality assurance for implementations, upgrades, and enhancements

Support additional application implementations, key processes, integrations, and change management initiatives

Collaborate with developers, consultants, and other external resources to implement complex changes

Ensure thorough documentation and communication of platform changes to business users and stakeholders through established procedures and training

Conduct internal training on business systems and processes and develop corresponding materials

Adhere to project scope, budget, and time frame requirements

Maintain open communication with the project coordinator regarding project status and details

Stay informed about product roadmaps and enhancements, and actively propose opportunities to integrate new developments into our operating environment
