Responsibilities
Engage directly with enterprise clients to identify opportunities where Copilot improves user productivity and Agentic AI automates cross-functional processes
Facilitate client workshops to ideate, co-create, and prioritize AI use cases tailored to industry-specific needs
Serve as an AI evangelist, promoting the value of Copilot and Agentic AI across Genpact’s client base, industry forums, and thought leadership platforms
Design and lead bespoke AI solutions, building autonomous AI agents that integrate with Microsoft platforms to complete tasks, trigger workflows, and optimize decisions
Collaborate with Microsoft ecosystem partners including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and strategic ISVs to extend Agentic AI capabilities into client operations
Develop and execute proof-of-concepts and pilots for Agentic AI use cases such as customer service resolution, supply chain optimization, and IT automation
Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping them define their Copilot and Agentic AI strategy and adopt AI responsibly at scale
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
Relevant years of experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, with deep knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and AI services
Proven track record of direct customer-facing engagement, influencing stakeholders from technical teams to C-Suite
Hands-on experience with Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, large language models (LLMs), and agent-based/Agentic AI automation frameworks
Strong consulting and leadership skills, with the ability to bridge technical complexity and business strategy
Public speaking and thought leadership experience, with contributions at industry conferences, client advisory boards, or executive roundtables
Preferred
Demonstrated success in evangelizing new technologies and driving adoption at scale
Experience working in global delivery models, managing distributed teams across multiple geographies
Ability to craft strategic roadmaps and executive-level presentations, influencing both technical and business stakeholders
Background in change management and organizational transformation, ensuring smooth adoption of AI-driven solutions
