BrightStar Care is a nationally recognized provider of high-quality, person-centered home health and home care services. They are seeking a motivated Marketing & Outreach Specialist to increase referrals and strengthen community partnerships.

Hospital & Health Care

Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory marketing plans

Conduct ongoing outreach to build, maintain, and expand referral relationships

Visit hospitals, physician practices, specialty clinics, senior communities, and community organizations weekly

Promote BrightStar Care’s skilled nursing services, home health capabilities, personal care, respite care, and medical staffing programs

Identify new referral opportunities and schedule meetings with decision-makers

Maintain a weekly outreach log documenting all visits, contacts, follow-ups, and outcomes

Generate qualified leads (referrals) and assist referral partners through the intake/admissions process

Represent BrightStar Care with professionalism, excellent communication, and strong customer service

Attend community events, health fairs, and networking events as needed

Provide weekly reports on activity, goals, and progress to management

Collaborate with clinical staff to support client onboarding

Required

Experience in healthcare, home health/home care, sales/marketing, or community outreach preferred

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Reliable transportation required

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field

Ability to visit multiple facilities and physician offices daily

Must be able to submit weekly outreach logs and meet referral productivity goals

Ability to create content and present information in alignment with brand standards and professional demeanor

Valid Driver's License, Current Auto Insurance, Reliable Vehicle, and clear MVR
