Responsibilities
Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis and 5-axis milling and turning operations using Mastercam
Interpret engineering drawings, models, and GD&T requirements to determine machining strategy
Create and maintain process routers, BOMs, and tooling documentation within ERP systems
Ensure adherence to AS9100, ISO 9001, and NADCAP standards
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or CNC programming
Proficient in Mastercam (required); experience with SolidWorks, HyperMill, or Vericut is a plus
Strong understanding of machining processes, feeds/speeds, and setup requirements
Working knowledge of GD&T, precision machining, and aerospace tolerances
Familiarity with Siemens 840D, Fanuc, or OSP machine controls
