Responsibilities
Contact homeowners to resolve delinquency and discuss fees/credit impacts
Perform skip‑tracing and document all collections activity in platform
Establish payment arrangements (extensions, modifications, forbearances, repayment plans)
Qualification
Required
1+ year collections/loss mitigation
FDCPA/FCRA/TCPA knowledge
CRM tools (Google Workspace, Zendesk, Salesforce)
skip‑tracing and loan calculation experience
Preferred
3+ years collections/loss mitigation
