Outside Sales Representative
Lansing Building Products is a company that has supplied professional contractors with high-quality building products since 1955. They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to excel in prospecting new business and building relationships while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities
Identify and prospect clients within your assigned territory and develop & manage leads, through 8 – 10 daily sales appointments. Ensure timely follow-up through the Lansing Sales Cycle
Meet face to face and educate contractors, remodelers, & builders on our products/services, demonstrating the value and benefits for their organization
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and proactively offering solutions
Utilize Salesforce to track and report on sales activities
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in territory management, B2B outside sales, with a focus on new business development
Experience with CRM software to manage and track sales activity
Familiarity with Building Materials, Construction, or Wholesale Territory Sales
Preferred
College degree preferred but not required
