The Senior Consulting Services Project Manager will lead project delivery teams, manage project schedules, resources, and budgets, and ensure client satisfaction while mentoring other project managers.

Responsibilities
Coach and mentor Project Managers ensuring consistent and high standards of service delivery
Lead teams responsible for project delivery, financials, and client satisfaction
Maintain overall control of project schedule, resources, budget and scope
Report status of projects regularly, to ensure project deliverables are completed on time
Manage project risks and proactively create mitigation strategies
Ensure that project plans and work products are based on approved and agreed-upon requirements
Plan and manage project resources and funding
Interact and influence members of cross-functional teams
Responsible for ad hoc and large sized projects
Qualification
Required
Advanced organizational, project management and time management skills
Customer centric, results oriented, self-starter and able to work independently
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to manage expectations and establishes solid working relationship with Senior Management and executives
Mentoring skills
Ability to travel up to 35%
Preferred
5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
3+ years of specialized/industry experience
High school diploma
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
PMP Certification preferred
Can be a member of steering committee
