Responsibilities
Manage multiple high-end residential projects from planning through completion
Serve as the primary homeowner point of contact
Coordinate schedules, budgets, selections, and change management
Partner closely with Site Managers to keep projects aligned
Maintain consistent use of Buildertrend and internal systems
Proactively identify risks and solve problems before they escalate
Communicate clearly with ownership, homeowners, and trade partners
Qualification
Required
5 or more years of experience in residential construction project management
Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Preferred
Experience with complex or high-end projects preferred
BuilderTrend experience strongly preferred
