Responsibilities
Seeking a PLC/SCADA Developer with strong experience in Allen Bradley & Siemens PLC programming, HMI development, Ignition SCADA, SQL querying, and Kepware/OPC communications
Role involves designing, developing, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting automation systems across multiple U.S. plant locations
Candidate must be willing to travel and interact directly with clients for requirement gathering and on-site support
Qualification
Required
5–6+ years hands-on with Allen Bradley PLCs (RSLogix 500, Studio 5000, CCW)
Strong experience with Siemens PLCs (TIA Portal, S7, SIMATIC)
HMI development: FactoryTalk View, WinCC, Ignition SCADA
Ignition SCADA (mandatory)
Strong SQL and relational databases experience
Experience with Kepware & OPC protocols
PLC Programmer, SCADA Engineer, Manufacturing Automation
Willingness to travel across U.S. for on-site support
Excellent problem-solving, communication & customer-facing skills
Preferred
Manufacturing domain experience
Python / JavaScript scripting within Ignition
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Understanding of backend infrastructure (servers, virtualization, networking, OS, databases)
