Avery Products Corporation is looking for an experienced Glovia ERP Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and optimizing ERP solutions using the Glovia manufacturing ERP system. This role blends deep technical expertise with business process insight to support manufacturing, inventory and systems integration.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain custom modules within Glovia ERP

Develop enhancements using SQL, PL/SQL, and PRO-IV SuperLayer

Integrate Glovia with other enterprise systems (e.g., PIM, WMS)

Diagnose and resolve complex system issues

Provide ongoing support for Glovia ERP users and IT teams

Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements

Implement performance tuning and system upgrades

Lead technical aspects of Glovia implementation projects

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals

Create technical documentation and user guides

Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

5+ years of experience with ERP systems (Glovia ERP required)

Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes

Strong command of SQL, PL/SQL, and SQL management tools

Proficiency with PRO-IV SuperLayer

Experience with Oracle and SQL Server

Strong proficiency in MS Excel

Familiarity with reporting tools such as Hyperion or Crystal Reports

Familiarity with development tools such as JIRA

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
