Responsibilities
Establish and execute the enterprise data roadmap, including data warehousing, BI, AI, and cloud-native analytics
Lead and mentor data architects and engineers; build a "Center of Excellence" that supports self-service insights and advanced reporting
Manage department budgets, vendor relationships, and resource modeling to ensure disciplined project delivery and performance management
Champion the enterprise data governance framework to ensure data quality, integrity, security, and regulatory compliance
Partner with cross-functional leaders to align technology strategy with business goals, uncovering trends and driving data-driven decision-making
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive experience in information management and the full SDLC; 6+ years in a senior leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
7+ years in statistical analysis/research
Expert-level knowledge of SQL, Python, R, and the Microsoft Power Platform
Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead organizational change
Deep understanding of big data, cloud analytics, and Agile methodologies
Highly effective at translating complex data concepts into visually appealing, concise executive presentations
Self-starter with a track record of meeting deadlines in a high-pressure, dynamic environment
