Assisting project managers with tracking financial metrics, timelines, and monitoring schedules across all projects

Collaborating with leadership to develop strategic insights and forecasts to optimize project performance

Analyzing and generating metrics for the department related to construction, design, and permitting timelines

Coordinating with Design and Construction Managers to update project trackers

Presenting metrics reflecting project progress and adherence to contract dates to department leadership

Overall coordination with both design and construction managers for project delivery, with required reporting to the Director and Assistant Director of Construction Management

Assessing compliance with project management methodology to ensure a consistent framework/process is followed

Providing data reports to management and key stakeholders

Assisting Project Managers with developing and maintaining metrics for measuring project performance

Ensuring project tracker reports are updated accurately and efficiently
