Prospect, identify, and secure new business
Conduct on-site customer visits, presentations, and plant tours
Prepare and deliver sales reports
Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, material requirements, and precision manufacturing processes (particularly CNC turning, Swiss turning, and related machining technologies)
Reports directly to management / ownership of the company
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sales experience in manufacturing, industrial products, machining, or related fields
Proven track record of sales growth and relationship-building
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational abilities
Preferred
CRM experience is plus
