Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will execute core marketing activities that support sales effectiveness and brand credibility in the hunger-relief sector, ensuring that the company's value proposition is clearly communicated across priority channels.

Responsibilities
Execute email marketing campaigns, content publishing, and social media activity (primarily LinkedIn)
Create and maintain core marketing assets including one-pagers, presentations, case studies, and digital content
Maintain a consistent publishing cadence and organized content calendar
Develop and maintain sales collateral that supports consultative selling
Support sales promotions, campaigns, and customer communications
Support marketing reporting, basic performance tracking, and CRM alignment
Document repeatable marketing processes and maintain shared asset libraries
Coordinate logistics and materials for conferences, tradeshows, webinars, and customer events
Ensure brand consistency across all external-facing materials
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience in a small or mid-sized organization
Practical experience with email marketing, content creation, and sales support
Strong written communication skills and comfort using DIY design tools (e.g., Canva)
Ability to operate independently, prioritize work, and execute consistently
Comfortable learning and working within multiple systems and tools
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising or Communications
