Responsibilities

Own relationships with client teams and help them use Aladdin to achieve their firm’s goals

Understand the client’s business challenges and provide impactful solutions, combining investment lifecycle expertise with your knowledge of private markets and our product suite

Ensure client feedback on product is communicated to the Product Managers and is tracked through successful development and deployment

Partner with the client, as well as Aladdin Product Managers to support client’s development needs

Assist clients in leveraging Aladdin to its fullest across the entire investment lifecycle and drive adoption across client teams

Keep updated on regulatory and operational industry trends to help your clients stay ahead of changing times

Builds strong relationships through direct engagement with business influencers both internally and externally

Engage with clients to define key strategic and tactical initiatives, leveraging your internal network to oversee and execute cross-functional project solutions

Lead internal stakeholders’ discussions to guide and align priorities by bringing the voice of the client to the table
