Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic and tactical HR partner across the organization, supporting employee relations, engagement, and development

Participate as a key member of the Culture Advisory Team, helping shape initiatives that reinforce our strong culture

Support community involvement and engagement efforts

Support the CHRO with compensation and benefits strategy

Serve as the backup for payroll processing; knowledge of Paylocity is a plus

Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the company

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market

Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand needs and drive hiring success

Ensure HR policies and practices comply with federal and state employment laws across 9 states

Maintain accurate HR records, reporting, and documentation

Leverage HR technology to improve processes; technical savvy is essential

Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus
