Qualification
Required
Expertise in Closings and Escrow processes
Proficiency in managing Residential Real Estate transaction documentation
Professional Notary certification (or ability to obtain one in California)
Strong Customer Service skills to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Proven experience as an Escrow Officer or in a similar role in the real estate industry is highly desirable
Preferred
Proficiency in escrow and title software systems is an advantage
