Director of Sales, Onsite Childcare - Faith Based Partners

Learning Care Group is focused on providing quality childcare services and is seeking a Director of Sales for their Pathways Learning Academy brand. This role involves building partnerships with faith-based organizations to enhance childcare offerings, managing a sales pipeline, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Builds and maintains relationships with churches, synagogues, and other religious organizations, as well as consultants, architects, lenders, and developers in the faith-based space
Responsible for leveraging ability to manage projects efforts to partner with internal ePMO, construction, licensing, and operations teams to assess existing church facilities for compatibility with licensed child care operations while ensuring initiatives are completed on time and within scope
Will ensure customer expectations (internal and external) are exceeded by anticipating needs, meeting deadlines, and maintaining proactive, customer-focused communication
Present confidently and effectively to prospects, including lead pastors of multi-site mega churches, tailoring presentations to align with audience needs
Represents the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy when engaging with customers, co-workers, managers, and families, fostering a positive company image and respectful interactions
Travel to prospective client locations as needed to support and close new business opportunities
Market directly to prospective clients, identifying and securing new revenue opportunities through onsite partnership agreements
Coordinate cross-functional activities between internal teams to ensure prospects receive accurate and timely information
Utilizes Salesforce CRM to track, measure, and manage business development and revenue-generating activities, while effectively planning and managing future outreach
Manage a pipeline of prospects, applying consistent processes to maintain engagement and advance prospects through the sales funnel
Identifies and targets strategic opportunities to gain market share by aligning the company’s value proposition with prospective client needs
Communicates effectively with leadership by developing and reporting on metrics that track project performance, customer satisfaction, and financial outcomes

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required
7+ years of experience in New Business Development and/or Account Management experience required
Excellent customer service and follow-up skills with both internal and external customers
Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal
Proficient time management, organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines
Exceptional ability to demonstrate a proactive, results-driven “hunter” mindset
Strong project management skills
Effective communicator with ability to translate technical performance into actionable business
Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations to large audiences and cultivate strong professional relationships
Collaborative ability to partner effectively across multiple functions and teams to achieve organizational goals
Skilled in negotiation to structure, pursue, and close mutually beneficial agreements
Expertise in complex problem-solving to generate innovative solutions and actionable options
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
Strong organizational and execution skills with exceptional attention to detail and tactical follow-through

Preferred

Operations experience in large multi-unit organization preferred
Experience in Early Childhood Education or service industry preferred
2+ years of experience with Salesforce preferred
Experience working with faith-based organizations preferred
