Responsibilities

Support the preparation of financial models, forecasts, and performance reports for client matters, practice groups, and strategic initiatives

Assist in the development of dashboards and KPIs to monitor financial performance and operational efficiency

Analyze trends in revenue, profitability, and pricing to support decision-making

Collaborate with the Pricing team to support the development of fee proposals, alternative fee arrangements (AFAs), and client RFP responses

Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to evaluate pricing strategies and client terms

Contribute to cross-functional projects led by the Global Director of Commercial Finance, including process improvement, system enhancements, and business planning

Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights that inform strategic and operational priorities

Support the implementation of new tools, reporting frameworks, and best practices across the Commercial Finance function

Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across Finance, other GBS departments and Fee earning teams

Communicate financial insights clearly and effectively to both finance and non-finance audiences

Required

5+ years of experience in a finance, commercial, or analytical role—ideally within a law firm or professional services environment

Strong Excel and financial modelling skills

Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones

Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
