They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting and partner with hiring managers to fill high-impact roles across various functions during a period of rapid growth.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles and departments, from intake through offer
Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and define candidate profiles
Source and engage passive candidates using job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule follow-up interviews with hiring teams
Coordinate and manage candidate communication and interview logistics to ensure a positive experience
Maintain accurate data in our ATS and support reporting needs
Support ad hoc People and Talent projects as needed
Qualification
Required
4+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting
Proven experience recruiting for both hardware and software engineering roles, as well as G&A positions
Meticulously organized with strong verbal and written communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Available to start quickly and commit to the full temporary assignment (approximately 3–6 months), with potential for conversion to a permanent role
Willing and able to work from our Charlestown, MA sites at least four times per week
