Responsibilities
Manage and service a personal lines book of business (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
Present Annually Account Reviews, discuss recommendations to enhance our insured’s coverage and eliminate their risk as well as address clients’ questions and concerns via phone, email and in-person
Communicate with clients regularly to review coverage and address questions or concerns
Provide quotes and recommend appropriate coverages tailored to individual needs
Collaborate with carriers to resolve underwriting, billing, and policy issues
Keep thorough and accurate records within our agency management system (AMS360)
Stay up to date on product offerings and insurance industry changes
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance
Active Property & Casualty License (required)
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Strong computer skills and proficiency with AMS a plus
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
