Responsibilities

Develops and manages detailed intent project plans

Tracks progress against timelines on IMO sheet and in JIRA

Submits and represents change controls after consultation with Engineering and TPMs

Captures notes and outcomes from S2 Engineering meetings and ad-hoc hot houses

Schedules follow-up discussions across key stakeholders in partnership with TPM

Sets meeting agendas and coordinates materials for meeting prep

Updates program Risk, Action, Issue, and Decision log after program S2 and S3 meetings

Identifies and manages dependencies within and across programs

Develops program status reports for S3/S3.5 meetings and legacy Client reporting needs
