Collaborate with relevant departments, dealers, and advisors to define and finalize the locations for new depots, offices, and temporary parking lots based on operational and strategic needs

Manage and execute setup processes for new locations (depots for car fleet), equipment, and operational workflows

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate setup

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for setup and operational efficiency

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution

Identify and resolve setup-related issues, optimizing efficiency and minimizing downtime

Maintain accurate documentation of setup procedures and progress reports

Collaborate with IT, logistics, and facility management teams for seamless integration
