Engage directly with customers, presenting AT&T’s products and helping them find the perfect fit for their needs
Coach and support a team of Brand Ambassadors to strengthen their communication and sales skills
Set performance goals, track results, and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets
Build a positive, team-oriented culture centered around accountability, growth, and exceptional service
Stay up-to-date on AT&T promotions, technology, and product updates to keep your team informed and competitive
Collaborate with management on in-store events, sales campaigns, and community outreach efforts to boost visibility and engagement
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Available to work Thursday–Monday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
100% in-person role (in-store and event-based locations)
Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team toward success
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Goal-oriented attitude and strong drive to achieve results
Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic retail or event-based environment
Preferred
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or team leadership is preferred
